STRUCTURE:

RCC framed structure on pile foundation

Flooring:

Laminated wooden floor for Living & Dining. 60 cm x 60 cm premium quality vitrified tiles for bedrooms and kitchen. Rustic finish tile for balcony.

Kitchen:

Kitchen counter with granite top and sink with drain board. Ceramic tile above counter to a height of 45 cm. Provision for Aqua guard, dish washer and washing machine.

Toilet:

Toilet wall with Ceramic Tile up to ceiling. White coloured EWC in all toilets / Top wash basin in dining area / Table top wash basin all toilets except the common toilet of A, C & E apartments (Cera or equivalent). Shower Panel in Master Bed Toilet and mixer in all other toilets except servant toilet (Jaquar or equivalent). Geyser points in all toilets except servant toilets.
